Do you need to process ACH? We convert your data into the NACHA format and send to your bank so that the money is directly deposited into your account.
Setup
- We provide you a CSV template which you will use to send us your ACH Drafts.
- Securely provide us the sftp connection information for your bank, which we store encrypted, and we will send the NACHA file to your bank.
- Your bank will respond with a file or files (each bank is different.) For no charge we will write custom code to retrieve those files and send them to you.
That’s it. Now each day you send us your data, either by logging in to https://ach.moonglowsoft.com and upload a CSV file, sftp, or email and our system will convert it to the NACHA format and send it to your bank and email you a confirmation. Our system will also retrieve any files that the bank puts into the sftp site.
The NACHA file will contain your bank account information so the money is automatically deposited into your account by your bank. No need for you to have a separate account with us.
